Website terms

These Terms of Use govern use of the public BlindFab website, including blindfab.com, blindfab.ca, marketing pages, legal pages, and demo request pages. They are separate from the Terms of Service that govern the BlindFab application and customer workspaces.

Permitted use

You may use the public website to learn about BlindFab, request a demo, contact us, review legal information, and access public resources. You must use the website lawfully and respectfully.

Prohibited use

• Do not interfere with, disrupt, scan, attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• Do not copy, scrape, harvest, or reuse website content at scale without written permission.
• Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, infringing, confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content through demo, contact, or support surfaces.
• Do not use the website to impersonate another person, misrepresent your organization, or test security controls without authorization.

Website content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It may describe product direction, capabilities, or workflows at a high level and may change without notice. Public website content is not a commitment to provide any specific feature, integration, certification, service level, or implementation outcome unless included in a separate written agreement.

Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a customer account, workspace, trial, partnership, or service commitment. We may contact you using the information provided to understand your business needs and determine whether BlindFab is a fit.

SMS terms

When you separately opt in, BlindFab may send customer-care text messages about demo coordination, account access, support, orders, workflow events, appointments, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel future messages and HELP for help. You may also contact info@blindfab.ca. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may change or end the messaging program. Your opt-in applies only to BlindFab and the mobile number you provided. Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and consent are handled.

Intellectual property

The public website, including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other content, is owned by BlindFab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from website content except as allowed by law or written permission.

Links and third-party content

The website may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. BlindFab does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how BlindFab handles information collected through the public website, demo requests, and related services.

No warranties

The public website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. BlindFab does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use or change the public website from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
